AGENDA:
The Commission considers all applications for their compliance, completeness, absence of errors in calculations, the presence of all signatures in the documents, and also checked the correctness of the general execution, carried out a reconciliation of the business plan specified in the tender proposal, including the estimated volume of investments, the presence of obligations.
Irgiz District Land Commission, the Republic of Kazakhstan Land Code, paragraph 2 of Article 43, 43-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Agriculture of December 20, 2018 No. 518 in accordance with the order of the peasant (farm) economy, agricultural production , for the conduct of temporary paid land use (lease), the right to transfer all applications received for the competition for each lot, having studied and evaluated in comparison with the application, by assigning points is evaluated on the basis of comparison by open voting.
