In accordance with subparagraphs 1) and 2) of article 19-1 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2007, article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 25, 2014 No. 145 "On Approval of the Model Rules for the Calculation of Norms for the Generation and Accumulation of Municipal Waste" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 10030), by order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2016 No. 404 "On Approval of the Methodology calculation of the tariff for collection, removal, disposal, processing and burial of solid household waste "(registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 14285), Irgiz District Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To approve the norms for the generation and accumulation of municipal waste in the Irgiz region in accordance with Appendix 1 to this decision.
2. To approve tariffs for collection, removal, utilization, processing and disposal of solid household waste in the Irgiz region in accordance with Appendix 2 to this decision.
3. The state institution "Apparatus of the Irgiz regional maslikhat" in the prescribed manner to ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region.
4. This decision comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
