In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Articles 9, 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On employment of the population" and the order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 26, 2016 No. 412 "On approval of the Rules for quoting jobs for the employment of citizens from among young people who have lost or remain without parental care before coming of age, who are graduates of educational organizations, persons released from places of imprisonment, persons registered with the service probation", registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 13898, the Akimat of the Irgiz district DECIDES:
1. Establish a quota for the employment of young people who have lost their parents before reaching the age of majority or left without parental care, graduates of educational institutions of the Irgiz district in 2021, depending on the number of employees on the payroll in the context of the organization, regardless of the organizational and legal form and form of ownership according to the appendix.
2. State institution "Irgiz district department of employment and social programs" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Irgiz district after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution to entrust the supervising deputy akim of the district.
4. This Resolution comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
