In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", articles 9, 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On employment of the population" and by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2016 No. 498 "On approval of the Rules for quoting jobs for people with disabilities" registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 14010, the Akimat of the Irgiz District DECIDES:
1. To establish a quota of jobs for people with disabilities in the amount of two to four percent with the payroll number of employees excluding jobs in heavy work, work with harmful, hazardous working conditions in the Irgiz region for 2021:
from fifty to one hundred people - in the amount of two percent of the payroll number of employees;
from one hundred one to two hundred and fifty people - in the amount of three percent of the payroll number of employees;
over two hundred and fifty one people - in the amount of four percent of the payroll number of employees in the context of the organization according to the appendix.
2. The state institution "Irgiz district department of employment and social programs" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Irgiz region after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution to entrust the supervising deputy akim of the region.
4. This Resolution comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
