1. by resolution of akimat of Irgiz district from April 27, 2016 no. 82 (specify the act of the organizer of competition on creation of the competitive Commission, the date and document number) held a competition on fastening fishery reservoirs and (or) plots in the Irgiz district.
2. the competition received seven (7) packages of bids (the list of participants with indication of the reservoirs and (or) plots, who applied, is attached in Appendix 1).
3. the competition Commission, having reviewed the submitted bids for compliance with the requirements of the participants and exchanged opinions, decided:
1) postponement of further participation in the competition of applications from 5(five) (the list of participants not admitted to the competition, indicating the reasons for postponing competitive applications in Appendix No. 2).
2) assign the following fishery reservoirs and (or) sites to users of the animal world (the list of fishery reservoirs and (or) sites in Appendix No. 3).
