In accordance with articles 9-1, 109-1 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the maslikhat of the Irgiz region DECIDED:
1. To include in the decision of the regional maslikhat dated January 6, 2020 No. 276 "On approval of the budget of the Zhaisanbay rural district for 2020-2022" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 6731, published on January 16, 2020 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form) the following changes:
in point 1:
in subparagraph 1):
income figures "31 809" to replace the figures "31 398";
including:
the receipt of transfers to replace the figures "31 220" with the figures "30 809";
in subparagraph 2):
the costs of the figures "31 809" shall be replaced by the figures "31 398";
in point 5:
the third paragraph shall be deleted.
2. Appendix 1 to the said decision shall be revised in accordance with the annex to this decision.
3. The state institution "Apparatus of the Irgiz regional maslikhat" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region.
4. This decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
