Information about the size, conditions, and procedure for paying newspaper space to candidates for akims of a city of district significance, village, settlement, rural district in the district newspaper "Khromtau"
In connection with the January 22 elections of mayors of rural districts, the district newspaper "Khromtau" informs about the amount of payment, conditions and procedure for providing printing space in the district socio-political newspaper "Khromtau" to candidates for akims of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, rural districts in accordance with the Constitutional Law "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan". 1. Placement of election campaign materials in black and white, the cost of 1 sq. cm is 150 tenge; 2. Placement of election campaign materials in color the cost of 1 sq. cm-180 tenge; 3. Text, photo, etc. material to which candidates for akims of a city of district significance, village, settlement, rural district are submitted is signed personally (on each page) together with a letter of application or a person who has a candidate's power of attorney for the right to sign campaign election documents, without fail; 4. The pre-election campaign material is attached with information about the source of its financing and under the heading "Elections-2023"; 5. 100% prepayment for the creation of the layout and the provision of printing space; 6. The deadline for the submission of election campaign materials is set before 12.30 pm local time on January 16, 2023; 7. Force majeure circumstances are determined by the generally established current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
