Regulations on the amount of payment, conditions and procedure for providing printing space to registered candidates for President of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the early presidential elections of the Republic of Kazakhstan scheduled for November 20, 2022 in the district newspaper "KHROMTAU"

ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF PAYMENT, CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR PROVIDING PRINTING SPACE IN THE DISTRICT NEWSPAPER "KHROMTAU" TO CANDIDATES FOR PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN 1. The cost of 1 sq.cm. in black and white – 150 tenge for the placement of materials of election campaigning. 2. The cost of 1 sq.cm. in color – 180 tenge for the placement of materials of election campaigning. 3. The submitted text, photo, etc. material of the candidate is signed by him personally (each page) with a cover letter, or by a person who has a power of attorney from the candidate for the right to sign election campaign documents. In case of non-fulfillment of the above conditions, the material is removed from publication in the newspaper. 4. Placement (positioning) of election campaign materials on the strip is carried out at the discretion of the editorial board. 5. A 100% prepayment is established for the development of the layout and the provision of printing space. 6. The placement of election campaigning is accompanied by the stamp "Elections-2022" (this stamp should be placed in the space of the advertised material). The material of the election campaign is accompanied by information about the source of its financing. 7. Force majeure circumstances – generally established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. P.S.
