During the collection of signatures, the person collecting them must present a copy of the registration certificate of the candidate's proxy. The completed subscription lists are submitted to the territorial election commission. The authenticity of signatures is checked within 5 days, a corresponding protocol is drawn up and sent to the CEC Verification of the authenticity of signatures takes place before establishing the required number for a presidential candidate.
