Khromtau District Territorial Election Commission
On September 25, 2022, the elections of akim of Tassai and Koktau rural districts of Khromtau district were held in two electoral districts.
The Khromtau district Territorial Election Commission, in accordance with subparagraph 9) of Article 14, paragraph 2 of Article 44, Article 45, Article 113-10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", on the basis of the final protocols of precinct election commissions on the elections of akims of the Tassai and Koktau rural districts of the Khromtau district, established the election results:
Koktau electoral district
for the election of akim of Koktau rural district:
The list of voters in the electoral district includes 1,285 citizens, of whom 1,219 voted. The number of invalid ballots is 3, with a mark in the line "Against all" – 2.
The number of votes cast for each candidate:
Alip A.E. – 231; Nugmanova Z.B. – 295; Usmakhanov B.S. – 688.
Elected akim of Koktau rural district Usmakhanov Bakytbek Serikovich, born in 1984, akim of Koktau rural district, living in the village of Koktau Koktau rural district, nominated by the party "AMANAT".
The Khromtau District Territorial Election Commission, in accordance with Article 45 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by decision No. 24 of September 26, 2022, registered the akim of the Koktau rural district of the Khromtau district elected on September 25, 2022.
Tassai electoral district
for the election of akim of the Tassai rural district:
393 citizens are included in the list of voters in the electoral district, 272 of them voted. The number of invalid ballots is 4, with a mark in the line "Against all" – 14.
Number of votes cast for each candidate:
Abdirov E.A. – 195; Adilzhanov N.U. – 18; Skendir R.S. - 41.
Abdirov Erbol Amangeldievich, born in 1986, akim of the Tassai rural district, living in the village of Tassai of the Tassai rural District, nominated by the AMANAT party, was elected akim of the Tassai rural district.
The Khromtau District Territorial Election Commission, in accordance with Article 45 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by decision No. 25 of September 26, 2022, registered the akim of the Tassai rural district of the Khromtau district elected on September 25, 2022.
