On the formation of electoral districts for the election of akims

Koktau and Tassai rural districts

Khromtau district

 

In accordance with subparagraph 6) of Article 14, paragraph 4 of Article 21 and Article 22 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Khromtau District Election Commission DECIDES:

  1. To form the following electoral districts for the election of akims of rural districts of Khromtau district:

 

1)within the boundaries of the territory of the Koktau rural district - Koktau electoral district;

2) within the boundaries of the territory of the Tassai rural district - the Tassai electoral district.

 

  1. To publish a list of electoral districts indicating their borders and the location of the territorial election commission on the website of the Khromtau district election Commission and in the district newspaper "Khromtau".
