INFORMATION ON THE AMOUNT, CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR PAYING NEWSPAPER SPACE TO CANDIDATES FOR AKIMS OF A CITY OF DISTRICT SIGNIFICANCE, VILLAGE, SETTLEMENT, RURAL DISTRICT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN "
ON ELECTIONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN"
- Placement of election campaign materials in black and white, the cost of 1 sq. cm is 110 tenge;
- Placement of election campaign materials in color the cost of 1 sq. cm-180 tenge;
- Text, photo, etc. material to which candidates for akims of a city of district significance, village, settlement, rural district are submitted, is signed personally (on each page) together with a letter of application or a person who has a candidate's power of attorney for the right to sign campaign election documents, without fail;
- The pre-election campaign material is attached with information about the source of its financing;
- 100% prepayment for the creation of the layout and the provision of printing space;
- The deadline for the submission of election campaign materials is set before 12.30 pm local time on Jule 29, 2022;
- Force majeure circumstances are determined by the generally established current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Note: Appendices and amendments may be made to these terms and conditions in accordance with the explanations of the Central Election Commission.
