On approval of the Calendar plan of the main activities for the preparation and holding of the republican referendum scheduled for June 5, 2022

 

 

In accordance with sub-paragraphs 1) and 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 21 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 1995 No. 2592 "On the republican referendum" and on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 5, 2022 No. 888 "On holding a republican referendum on June 5, 2022", the Central Commission of the Referendum of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

  1. To approve the attached Calendar Plan of the main activities for the preparation and holding of the republican referendum scheduled for June 5, 2022.
  2. The territorial commissions of the referendum should ensure the preparation and conduct of the republican referendum.
  3. Place this resolution on the Internet resource of the Central Commission of the Referendum of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  1. Publication of the composition of territorial and precinct referendum commissions in the mass media

 

Territorial referendum commissions

No later than ten days after the appointment of the referendum

No later than May 15, 2022

 

  1. Publication of a message about the boundaries of the referendum sites in the mass media

 

Relevant akims

No later than ten days after the appointment of the referendum

No later than May 15, 2022

 

  1. Campaigning before the republican referendum

it begins after the appointment of the referendum and ends at zero o'clock on June 4, 2022 .

 

  1. Submission of lists of citizens entitled to participate in the referendum signed by the akim, by whose decision the polling station was formed, according to the act to the precinct commissions of the referendum

  1. Submission for familiarization of lists of citizens entitled to participate in the referendum by the precincts formed at the place of residence of citizens
