On the suspension of the appointment of the election of the akim of the rural district of the Don Khromtau district
In accordance with subparagraph 2) of Article 14, paragraph 2 of Article 113-1, the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 9) of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the state of Emergency", Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 5, 2022 No. 738 "On the introduction of a state of emergency in the Aktobe region" Khromtau district Territorial Election Commission DECIDES:
1. Suspend the appointment of the election of the akim of the rural district of the Don Khromtau district during the state of emergency in the Aktobe region.
2. Publish this resolution on the website of the election commission.
3. Send this resolution to the regional election commission and to the akimat of Khromtau district.
4. I leave control over the execution of this resolution to the chairman of the district territorial election commission.
5. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of adoption.
