The participant, who is an individual and a legal entity, submits the following documents to participate in the competition:
1) application for participation in the competition;
2) competitive offer;
The tender offer must contain:
1) business plan (projected volume of investments, areas of cultivation of agricultural crops, livestock of farm animals, agricultural technologies used, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, the number of jobs created);
2) obligations for the preparation and development of the project of on-farm land management, implementation of measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;
3) obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the rules for the rational use of agricultural land, the implementation of indicative indicators for the diversification of the structure of sown areas of crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with scientifically sound agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements;
The tender offer is submitted by the participant of the competition in a closed envelope, printed or written in indelible ink in stitched form with numbered pages, where the last page is certified by: the signature of the participant - for individuals (or an authorized person) and the signature of the first head (or an authorized person) and the seal (if any) - for legal entities.
Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition is carried out after thirty calendar days from the date of publication of the notice of the competition, within fifteen working days.
The scheme of placement of land plots put up for competition can be found on the Internet resource of the local executive body and from the information corners of rural districts and the district department of land relations.
The rules for organizing and holding a tender on granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) to a peasant or farm for agricultural production can be found on the website of the laws "Adilet KZ" approved by Order of the Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 518 dated December 20, 2018.
