Khromtau District Territorial Election Commission
On November 21, 2021, the elections of the akim of the Abai rural district of the Khromtau district for the 1st electoral district were held.
The Khromtau district Election Commission, in accordance with subparagraph 9) of Article 14, paragraph 2 of Article 44, Article 45, Article 113-10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", on the basis of the protocol of the precinct election commission on the election of akim of the Abai rural district of Khromtau district, established the election results:
Abai Electoral District
by the election of akim of the Abai rural district:
249 citizens were included in the electoral district's list of voters, 243 of them voted. The number of invalid ballots is 4, with a mark in the line "Against all" – 3.
The number of votes cast for each candidate:
Almukhanov A.N. - 15; Mustafin A.E. - 172; Shumskaya S.V. - 49.
Mustafin Alibek Ergazievich, born in 1989, akim of Abai rural district, was elected akim of Abai rural district, lives in the village of Abai of Abai rural district, nominated by the Nur Otan party.
The Khromtau District Election Commission, in accordance with Article 45 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by a decision dated November 22, 2021, registered the akim of the Abai rural district of the Khromtau district elected on November 21, 2021.
