The state Institution "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of Aktobe region" provides 5 public services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities:
1) "Issuance of a license for project activities";
2) "Issuance of a license for prospecting activities";
3) "Issuance of a license for construction and installation works";
4) "Certification of experts engaged in expert work and engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities";
5) "Accreditation of project management organizations in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction".
Regarding the receipt, re-registration and inclusion of additional types/subspecies of work for the implementation of licensed activities in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction, a total of 312 applications were received.
licenses have been issued from them:
for construction and installation works –SMR) - 12;
on project activity (PD) - 4;
on survey activity (ID) - 10;
inclusion of additional types/subspecies of work - 6;
reissued - 79,
refused (for non-compliance with the qualification requirements and non-compliance with the standard of state services) – 197.
According to the certification of experts carrying out expert work and engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, 241 applications were submitted. Of these, 57 certificates were issued, including:
- for the implementation of technical supervision - 42,
- for the examination of projects - 8,
- for the implementation of author's supervision - 4,
- for the implementation of those . surveys – 3,
Refused for non-compliance with qualification requirements and failure to pass testing - 184.
4 certificates of accreditation have been issued for the accreditation of project management organizations in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction.
Over the past period, there have been no complaints or appeals for the provision of public services.
