In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", citizens who are registered in need of housing from the state housing fund or housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing fund are provided with all necessary documents in the order of priority established in the list from the moment of filing an application.
In the region, 34,773 citizens are on the list of those in need of housing from the state housing fund, including: orphans – 3,252, socially vulnerable segments of the population – 14,318, large families – 4,467, civil servants, employees of budgetary organizations – 12,592, citizens whose only home is recognized as an emergency – 144 citizens.
The issue of providing housing to citizens registered in the queue is resolved on a first-come, first-served basis as housing is vacated or new housing is built and put into operation.
