According to the akimats of Aktobe and districts, there are 64 residential buildings with a total area of 16.2 thousand m2 recognized as emergency, of which 39 houses with a total area of 13.6 thousand m2 are located in urban localities, 25 houses with a total area of 2.6 thousand m2 in rural localities.
Based on the statements of the inhabitants of these houses by local Executive bodies in accordance with article 67 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On housing relations" taken in their accounting category, "citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the only housing of which is recognized as an emergency in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
In accordance with article 74 Of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on housing relations", housing from the state housing Fund or housing rented by a local Executive body in a private housing Fund is provided to citizens who are registered in need, in the order of priority established by the lists, from the moment of submitting an application with all necessary documents.
Citizens who are on the waiting list are provided with housing on a first-come, first-served basis as housing is built and put into operation.
