In Aktobe, a man was fined for storing prohibited audio and video materials in social networks.
In February of this year, during the monitoring of social networks on the personal page of a 28-year-old resident of Aktobe in the messenger "Vkontakte", an audio recording with signs of the terrorist organization DAESH and a video of the ideologues of Wahabism were found.
An expert examination was conducted, according to which the materials provided are prohibited in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The materials of this administrative case were sent to the SUGA under Article 453 part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Production, storage, import, transportation, distribution in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of mass media products, as well as other products", where the court imposed a fine of 145850 tenge.
