Information on the use of funds allocated from the reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the reserve of the local executive body to combat COVID-19 as of November 25, 2020:
In total, 945094.0 thousand tenge was allocated for the region from the reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 799264.27 (84.6%) was spent, saving 104872.9 thousand tenge.
According to the I reserve, 38926.2 t. t. were allocated, 35748.4 t. t. were mastered, 3177.8 t. t. were saved, including:
- for the purchase of medicines 2718,9 t. t., 2285,9 t. t. were used, savings 433,0 t. t.;
- for the purchase of personal protective equipment 36207,3 t. t., mastered 33462,5 t. t., saving 2744,8 t. t.
For the second reserve, 535,799. 6 t. t. were allocated, 52,8986,0 t. t. were used, 6813,6 t. t. were saved, including:
- for the purchase of medicines 5385.5 t. t., 4717.7 t. t. were used, saving 667.8 t. t.;
- for the purchase of personal protective equipment 530414,1 t. t., mastered 524268,3 t. t., saving 6145,8 t. t.
According to the III reserve, 34100.0 t. t. was allocated for the purchase of an artificial lung ventilation device, 34100 t. t. was mastered.
According to the IV reserve, 336268.0 thousand tenge was allocated for the purchase of personal protective equipment, 200429.9 tons were spent , 40956.6 tons are expected to be delivered, 94881.5 tons are saved.
In total, 449811.6 thousand tenge was allocated to the region from the reserve of the local executive body, 423659.2 (94.2%) was spent, 18651.5 thousand tenge was saved, including:
-for the purchase of food for infectious, quarantine and pharmacological hospitals, 34413.0 t. t. 23879.6 t. t. were spent, 7500.9 t. t. is expected to be spent by the end of the year, the savings amounted to 3032.5 t. t.,
- for the purchase of other stocks (disposable tableware, soft equipment) 30358.0 t. t., 15787.5 t. t. were mastered, saving 14570.5 t. t.,

- 194,100,0 thousand tenge was allocated from the budget for the payment of a one-time payment to employees of the health care system who are not at risk, but are associated with patients with viral pneumonia in the course of their professional activities, 193,100,0 t. t. were spent, savings on dismissed employees were 1000,0 t. t.
- for the purchase of vehicles for the Regional Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital in the amount of 14450,0 t. t., 100% was spent.
-for the purchase of a video surveillance system in the amount of 4 pieces for hospitals in the region, 15980.0 t. t. were allocated, 15932.0 t. t. were mastered, saving 48.5 t. t.
