Requirements for contest participants:
Higher education is also required to have one of the following requirements::
1) work experience of at least 5 years in the field of healthcare or in the profile of the organization and (or) economics/finance and (or) business and (or) law;
2) work experience of at least 3 years in managerial positions in the field of healthcare or organization profile and (or) economics/finance and (or) business and (or) law;
3) member of Public Associations in the field of healthcare and (or) economics and (or) business and (or) law.
The following:
1) outstanding or outstanding criminal record;
2) was the head of this legal entity for more than one year prior to the decision on declaring a legal entity bankrupt;
3) previously committed a corruption offense;
4) a person who has close relatives and kinship relations with another member of the supervisory board or the head of a state enterprise may not be elected as a member of the supervisory board.
Deadline for submitting applications for participation in the competition: from May 27 to June 27, 2021 from 12:00 am;

2) resume in the state and Russian languages;
3) autobiography (written in any form);
4) a copy of the applicant's identity document;
5) a copy of the Higher Education document;
6) a copy of the document confirming the employee's employment in accordance with Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015;
7) documents confirming the absence of a criminal record and corruption offenses issued by the territorial divisions of the committee on Legal Statistics and special records of the prosecutor general's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The contestant can submit additional information (advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work) related to their education, work experience, and professional level.
The participant seals the original tender application in an envelope marked "original". This envelope must contain the participant's last name, first name, patronymic (if any) and address. The envelope is then placed in an outer envelope and sealed.
