Aktobe regional malestom the decision was accepted from 11 December 2019 No. 490 "On the determination of the system of social support of medical and pharmaceutical workers to work in rural areas of Aktobe region" adopted in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 18 September 2009 "On people's health and healthcare system". However, this Code has lost its force and the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 No. 360-VI ZRK "On the Health of the People and the Health Care system"was put into effect.
The justification for the need to adopt a regulatory legal act is subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of Article 12 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 "On the Health of the People and the Health Care System".
