REFERENCE
to the draft decision «On providing free travel to citizens of the Aktobe region outside the settlement of permanent residence to receive high-tech medical services within the guaranteed volume of free medical care and (or) medical care in the system of mandatory social health insurance»
The Aktobe regional maslikhat adopted a decision No. 54 dated August 17, 2016 "On providing free travel to citizens outside the settlement for treatment at the expense of budget funds" in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2009 "On the Health of the People and the Health Care System". However, this Code has lost its force and the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 No. 360-VI ZRK "On the Health of the People and the Health Care system"was put into effect.
The justification for the need to adopt a regulatory legal act is subparagraph 3) of paragraph 1 of Article 12 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 "On the Health of the People and the Health Care System".

The conclusion of the Public Council of the Aktobe Region No. 01-2/31 of April 27, 2021 is presented.
