EXPLANATORY NOTE
to the draft decision of the Aktobe Regional Maslikhat "On the additional provision of a guaranteed amount of free medical care, including medicines, specialized medical products, medical devices, to certain categories of citizens of the Aktobe region during outpatient treatment free of charge at the expense of the local budget»
The Aktobe regional maslizat adopted a decision No. 490 dated December 11, 2019 "On determining the system of social support measures for medical and pharmaceutical workers sent to work in rural areas of the Aktobe region" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 6569, published on December 23, 2019 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form).
This decision was made in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 "On the Health of the people and the Health care system". However, this Code has lost its force and the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 No. 360-VI ZRK "On the Health of the People and the Health Care system"was put into effect.
Based on the above, we ask you to support the draft decision of the Maslikhat of the Aktobe region "On additional provision of a guaranteed amount of free medical care, including medicines, specialized medical products, medical devices, to certain categories of citizens of the Aktobe region for outpatient treatment free of charge at the expense of the local budget".
This draft decision of the maslikhat of the Aktobe region does not contradict the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and meets the requirements for legal acts
