EXPLANATORY NOTE
To the draft decision of the Aktobe Regional Maslikhat "On Providing free Travel to Citizens of the Aktobe Region outside the settlement of permanent residence to Receive high-tech medical services within the guaranteed volume of free medical care and (or) medical care in the system of mandatory social health insurance»
The Aktobe regional maslizat adopted a decision No. 490 dated December 11, 2019 "On determining the system of social support measures for medical and pharmaceutical workers sent to work in rural areas of the Aktobe region" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 6569, published on December 23, 2019 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form).
This decision was made in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 "On the Health of the people and the Health care system". However, this Code has lost its force and the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 No. 360-VI ZRK "On the Health of the People and the Health Care system"was put into effect.
Based on the above, we ask you to support the draft decision of the Maslikhat of the Aktobe region "On providing free travel to citizens of the Aktobe region outside the settlement of permanent residence to receive high-tech medical services within the guaranteed volume of free medical care and (or) medical care in the system of mandatory social health insurance".
This draft decision of the maslikhat of the Aktobe region does not contradict the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and meets the requirements for legal acts
