In accordance with subparagraph 3) paragraph 1 of Article 12 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 7, 2020 "On the health of the people and the health care system", subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Aktobe Regional Maslikhat
DECIDED:
Provide free travel to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan living in the Aktobe region, outside the settlement of permanent residence to receive high-tech medical services within the guaranteed volume of free medical care and (or) medical care in the system of mandatory social health insurance.
Recognize as invalid the decision of the regional maslikhat of August 17, 2016 No. 54 "On providing free travel to citizens outside the settlement for treatment at the expense of budget funds "(registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 5073, published on September 20, 2016 in the information and legal system"Adilet").
Control over the implementation of this decision is entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the region and the chairman of the standing commission of the regional maslikhat for social and cultural development.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
