In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural territories", the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To establish salaries and tariff rates increased by twenty-five percent for specialists in the field of social security,culture and sports, who are civil servants and work in rural settlements in the Bayganinsky district, as well as for these specialists working in state organizations financed from local budgets, compared with the rates of specialists engaged in these types of activities in urban conditions.
To recognize as invalid some decisions of the Bayganinsky district maslikhat according to annex 2 to this decision.
The state institution "The Apparatus of the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat", in accordance with the procedure established by law, should provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat after its official publication.
This decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
