DECIDED:
Make the following changes to the decision of the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat "On approval of the budget of the Miyala rural District for 2021-2023" dated December 29, 2020 No. 410 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 7888) :
paragraph 1 should be stated in a new version:
"1. To approve the budget of the Miyala rural District for 2021-2023 in accordance with Annexes 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income – 37,530 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues – 2,200 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 0 tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 0 tenge;
transfer receipts – 35,330 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 38 530 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – 0 tenge, including:
budget loans – 0 tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 0 tenge;
4) the balance on transactions with financial assets – 0 tenge, including:
purchase of financial assets – 0 tenge;
proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the state – 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) – - 1 000 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 1,000 thousand tenge, including:
receipt of loans – 0 tenge;
repayment of loans – 0 tenge;
the used balances of budget funds – 1 000 thousand tenge.".
Annex 1 to the said decision should be set out in a new version in accordance with the annex to this decision.
This decision will come into force on January 1, 2021.
