On amendments to Decision No. 408 of December 29, 2020 "On approval of the budget of the Kopinsky rural District for 2021-2023" of December 29, 2020 No. 408
In accordance with article 109-1 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 and article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the maslikhat of the Bayganinsky district DECIDED:
Make the following changes to the decision "On approval of the budget of the Kopinsky rural District for 2021-2023" dated December 29, 2020 No. 408 (registered in the register of state Registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7893) :
paragraph 1 should be stated in a new version:
"1. To approve the budget of the Kopinsky rural district for 2021-2023 in accordance with Annexes 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income – 53,337. 0 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues – 1502.0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 0 tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 0 tenge;
transfer receipts – 51,835,0 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 54 337.0 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – 0 tenge, including:
budget loans – 0 tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 0 tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets – 0 tenge, including: acquisition of financial assets – 0 tenge;
proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the state – 0 tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) – -1000,0 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 1000,0 thousand tenge, including:
receipt of loans – 0 tenge;
repayment of loans – 0 tenge;
the used balances of budget funds – 1000,0 thousand tenge.".
Annex 1 to the said decision should be set out in a new version in accordance with the annex to this decision.
The state institution "The Apparatus of the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat", in accordance with the established legislative procedure, should provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the maslikhat of the Bayganinsky district.
This decision will enter into force on January 1, 2021.
