On amendments to the decision of the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat No. 408 dated December 29, 2020 "On approval of the budget of the Kopinsky rural district for 2021-2023"
In accordance with Article 109-1 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 and article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the maslikhat of the Bayganinsky district DECIDED:
Make the following changes to the decision of the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat No. 408 dated December 29, 2020 "On approval of the budget of the Kopinsky rural District for 2021-2023" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 7893, published on December 31, 2020 in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form) :
in paragraph 1:
in subparagraph 1):
income-the numbers "29 509.0" should be replaced with the numbers "53 337.0";
transfer receipts - replace the numbers "28 007.0" with the numbers "51 835.0";
in subparagraph 2):
costs-replace the numbers "30 509" with the numbers "54 337.0".
Annex 1 to the said decision should be set out in a new version in accordance with the annex to this decision.
The state institution "The Apparatus of the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat", in accordance with the procedure established by law, should provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat after its official publication.
This decision will enter into force on January 1, 2021.
