On amendments to the decision" On approval of the Regulations of the meeting of the local community of the Bayganinsky district " of the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat No. 158 dated June 6, 2018
DECIDED:
Make the following amendment to the decision of the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat "On approval of the Regulations of the Local Community Meeting of the Bayganinsky district" dated June 6, 2018 No. 158 (registered in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 3-4-174) :
The Regulations of the meeting of the local community of the Bayganinsky district approved by this decision should be set out in a new version in accordance with the annex to this decision.
The state institution "The Apparatus of the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat", in accordance with the procedure established by law, should provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the Bayganinsky district Maslikhat after its official publication.
3. This decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
