On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of the Bayganinsky district No. 116 dated May 21, 2018 "On approval of the list, names and indexes of public roads of district significance in the Bayganinsky district and recognition of some resolutions of the akimat of the district as invalid"
In accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 7 of Article 3, paragraph 2 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Highways", the Akimat of the Bayganinsky district DECIDES:
make the following amendment to the resolution of the Akimat of the Bayganinsky district dated May 21, 2018 No. 116 "On approval of the list, names and indexes of public roads of district significance in the Bayganinsky district and recognition of some resolutions of the akimat of the district as invalid" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts for No. 3-4-173) :
the annex to the said resolution should be set out in a new version in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
to the state institution" Bayganinsky district department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways " in accordance with the procedure established by law:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Bayganinsky district after its official publication.
3. To assign control over the implementation of this resolution to the deputy akim of the Bayganinsky district A. Zhetkizgenov.
4. this resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
