On lifting the quarantine and invalidating the decision of the akim of the Karaulkeldinsky rural district No. 97 "On the establishment of quarantine"dated June 9, 2021
In accordance with Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 8) of Article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterinary Medicine" and on the basis of the submission of the head of the Bayganinsky district territorial Inspection of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2021 No. 02-09-04/125 DECIDED:
Remove the quarantine established on the territory of the wintering Kopa of the Karauylkeldinsky rural district of the Bayganinsky district, in connection with the complex of veterinary and sanitary measures to eliminate the foci of the emphysematous carbuncle disease among cattle.
To recognize as invalid the decision of the akim of the Karauylkeldinsky rural district of the Bayganinsky district No. 97 dated June 9, 2021 "On the establishment of quarantine" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 23005).
The state institution "The Office of the akim of the Karauylkeldinsky rural district of the Bayganinsky district of the Aktobe region", in accordance with the procedure established by law, should provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Bayganinsky district after its official publication.
This decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication
