About the results of the nomination of candidates for rural akims
At 18.00 on July 9, 2021, the nomination stage was completed. In total, _9 candidates were nominated in _3_ electoral districts, of which _4_ (44.4 %) - by political parties, _5_ (55.6%)- by self-nomination.
Political parties submitted candidates for _3_ electoral districts: the party "NurOtan" _2_ candidates, the NDPP "Auyl" _1_ candidates, the PDK "Ak Zhol" _0_ candidates, the PP "ADAL" _0_ candidates, the NPC _1_ candidates, the OSDP _0_ candidates.
The average competitiveness was _3_ people.
Currently, measures are being taken to establish compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the nominated candidates and their registration, which will end on July 14, 2021 at 18.00.
As of July 9 of this year, at least two people have been nominated in all districts.
In the event of the withdrawal of candidates and the absence of an alternative (less than two candidates in the electoral district), according to the legislation, the nomination stage will be extended for no more than five days.
As of July 10 of this year, _9_ candidates were registered (100%).
According to paragraph 9 of Article 113-5 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", official information on the results of registration of candidates will be published in the media.
