About the establishment of quarantine in the village of Nogayty of the Aschynsky rural district of the Bayganinsky district
In accordance with Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 7) of Article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterinary Medicine" and on the basis of the submission of the head of the Bayganinsky district territorial Inspection of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2021 No. 02-09-04 / 112 DECIDED:
1. To establish a quarantine on the territory of the village of Nogaity in the Aschynsky rural district of the Bayganinsky district, in connection with the detection of the disease emphysematous carbuncle among cattle.
2. The state institution "The office of the akim of the Ashchynsky rural district of the Bayganinsky district of the Aktobe region" in accordance with the procedure established by law should provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Bayganinsky district after its official publication.
3. This decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
