RESOLUTION of the Baiganinsky district Election Commission
On the formation of electoral districts for the elections of akims of rural districts of the Bayganinsky district
In accordance with subparagraph 6) of Article 14, paragraph 4 of Article 21, article 22 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Baiganinsky District Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To form the following electoral districts for the elections of akims of rural districts of the Bayganinsky district:
1) akim of Kultabansky rural district – Kultabansky electoral district within the boundaries of Kultabansky rural district;
2) akim of Kyzylbulak rural district – Kyzylbulak electoral district within the boundaries of Kyzylbulak rural district;
3) akim of Sartogai rural district – Sartogai electoral district within the boundaries of Sartogai rural district.
To publish the list of electoral districts with indication of their borders and the location of the territorial election commission on the website of the Bayganinsky district election commission and in the district newspaper "Zhem-Sagyz".
