RESOLUTION of the Baiganinsky district Election Commission
On the appointment of elections of akims of rural districts of the Bayganinsky district
In accordance with Article 113-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Baiganinsky District Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To appoint elections of akims of the following rural districts of the Bayganinsky district for July 25, 2021:
- akim of the Kultabansky rural district;
- akim of the Kyzylbulak rural district;
- akim of the Sartogai rural district.
2. To establish the nomination of candidates from June 26, 2021 and the deadline for nominating candidates for akims of rural districts until eighteen o'clock local time on July 9, 2021.
3. Set the deadline for registration of candidates for akims of rural districts until eighteen o'clock local time on July 14, 2021.
4. To publish this resolution on the website of the Baigany district Election Commission and in the district newspaper "Zhem-Sagyz"
