On the cancellation of the election of the akim of the Kyzylbulak rural district of the Bayganinsky district, scheduled for July 12, 2021
In accordance with the entry into force of the Constitutional Law "On Amendments and Additions to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated May 24, 2021, the Baiganinsky District Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To cancel the resolution of the Bayganinsky district Election Commission No. 2 dated May 24, 2021 "On the appointment of the election of the akim of the Kyzylbulak rural district in connection with the expiration of the term of office".
