On the appointment of the election of the akim of the Kyzylbulak rural district in connection with the expiration of the term of office
In accordance with paragraph 10 of article 36-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No. 148" On local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Bayganinsky District Territorial Election Commission DECIDED:
1. To appoint the election of the akim of the Kyzylbulak rural district for July 12, 2021 due to the expiration of the term of office.
2. To recommend candidates for akims of rural districts to be held from June 12 to June 16, 2021.
3. To approve the calendar plan of the main events for the preparation and conduct of the elections of the akim of the Kyzylbulak rural district.
4. Send this resolution to the Aktobe regional territorial Election Commission and the akim of the district, the secretary of the district maslikhat.
5. Publish it in the district newspaper "Zhem-Sagyz".
