On approval of the list of priority crops and subsidy norms, as well as the volume of budgetary funds to increase the yield and quality of crop production for 2022
In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 "On Approval of the Rules for Subsidizing Increasing Yields and Quality of Crop Products", the Akimat of Aktobe Region DECIDES :
1. Approve the list of priority crops and subsidy norms for 2022 in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.
2. Approve the volume of budgetary funds to increase the yield and quality of crop production for 2022 in accordance with Appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. The state institution "Department of Agriculture of the Aktobe region" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Aktobe region after its official publication.
4. To impose control over the execution of this resolution on the supervising deputy akim of the Aktobe region.
5. This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
