Joint RESOLUTION of the akimat and
DECISION of the maslikhat of Aktobe region

On amendments and additions to the joint resolution of the akimat of the Aktobe region dated October 12, 2011 No. 328 and the decision of the maslikhat of the Aktobe region dated October 12, 2011 No. 415 "On the establishment of basic rates of payment for land plots when they are provided to private ownership in the Aktobe region"
DECIDES and DECIDES:
1. Include in the joint resolution of the akimat of the Aktobe region dated October 12, 2011 No. 328 and the decision of the maslikhat of the Aktobe region dated October 12, 2011 No. 415 "On the establishment of basic rates of payment for land plots when they are provided to private ownership in the Aktobe region" (registered in Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 3378) the following amendments and additions:
in the appendix to the joint resolution of the akimat and the decision of the maslikhat:
in Martuk region:
Martuk rural district shall be supplemented with line 184-1 as follows:
184-1 Zhanatan village 95
;
for the Zhaisan rural district - line 192 "Zhanatan village" should be deleted.
2. The state institution "Apparatus of the Aktobe regional maslikhat" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure:
1) state registration of this joint resolution of the akimat and the decision of the maslikhat in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this joint resolution of the akimat and the decision of the maslikhat on the Internet resource of the Aktobe regional maslikhat after its official publication.
3. To impose control over the execution of this joint resolution of the akimat and the decision of the maslikhat on the supervising deputy akim of the Aktobe region.
4. This joint resolution of the akimat and the decision of the maslikhat shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of their first official publication.
