On approval of the list of purchased food products for the implementation of mechanisms for stabilizing prices for socially significant food products and the marginal trade allowance
in Aktobe region
In accordance with subparagraph 17-11) of paragraph 2 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas", the akimat of Aktobe region DECIDES:
1. Approve the attached list of purchased food products for the implementation of price stabilization mechanisms for socially significant food products and the marginal trade markup in the Aktobe region.
2. In accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the state institution "Department of Agriculture of the Aktobe region" shall ensure the placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Aktobe region after its official publication.
3. To impose control over the execution of this resolution on the supervising deputy akim of the Aktobe region.
4. This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
