On approval of the volume of subsidies for the development of seed production in the Aktobe region for 2022
In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. registration of regulatory legal acts No. 20209, Akimat of Aktobe region DECIDES:
1. Approve the attached volumes of subsidies for subsidizing the development of seed production in the Aktobe region for 2022.
2. The state institution "Department of Agriculture of the Aktobe region" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Aktobe region.
3. To impose control over the execution of this resolution on the supervising deputy akim of the Aktobe region.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
