"On state support for the development of animal husbandry in the Aktobe region for 2022"
The state body that submitted the regulatory legal act is the akimat of Aktobe region.
The justification for the need to adopt a regulatory legal act is in accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2019 No. 108 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing development livestock breeding, increasing the productivity and quality of livestock products”, registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 18404.
This regulatory legal act does not provide for an increase in expenditures or a reduction in revenues of the republican or local budgets.
This regulatory legal act is posted on the website auyl.aktobe.gov.kz. Published in the newspapers "Aktobe Vestnik" dated January 15, 2022 No. 5 and "Aktobe" dated January 15, 2022 No. 5.
In accordance with the protocol of the Expert Council on Entrepreneurship under the Akimat of Aktobe Region No. 2 dated February 1, 2022, accredited associations of business entities submitted export opinions with comments.
The conclusion of the Public Council of the Aktobe region dated January 14, 2022 No. 01-2/94 was submitted without comment.
The draft regulatory legal act was posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts on January 14, 2022. The public review period ended on January 28, 2022. Online discussion ended February 1, 2022. The number of viewing reports is 46 units, including 2 proposals taken into account.
