On state support for the development of animal husbandry in the Aktobe region for 2022
In accordance with article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by order of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2019 No. 108 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing development of livestock breeding, increasing productivity and quality of livestock products ", registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 18404, the Akimat of Aktobe region DECIDES:
To approve the attached volumes and criteria for subsidies in the areas of subsidies for the development of livestock breeding, increasing the productivity and quality of livestock products in the Aktobe region for 2022 in accordance with the annexes.
The state institution "Agriculture Administration of the Aktobe region" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) the direction of this resolution for official publication in the Reference Control Bank of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Aktobe region.
Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the Aktobe region.
4. This resolution comes into force from the day of its first official publication.
