In accordance with article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2019 No. 108 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing the development of livestock breeding, increasing productivity and quality of livestock products "is a justification for the need to adopt a regulatory legal act.
Information on previously adopted regulatory legal acts on this issue, the state registration of which was refused, indicating the details of the acts of cancellation, taking into account the requirements of paragraph 51 of the Rules for registration, approval, state registration and cancellation of regulatory legal acts approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 6, 2016 Years # 569 are missing.
Payment of subsidies for subsidizing the development of livestock breeding, increasing the productivity and quality of livestock products is carried out within the calculation of funds provided in the local budget for the corresponding financial year.
This regulatory legal act does not provide for an increase in expenditures or a decrease in receipts of the republican or local budgets.
This regulatory legal act was posted on the website auyl.aktobe.gov.kz on November 16, 2021. Published in the newspapers "Aktobe Vestnik" dated January 18, 2021, No. 133 and "Aktube", dated November 18, 2021, No. 133.
In accordance with the protocol of the expert council on entrepreneurship under the Akimat of Aktobe region No. 45 dated December 8, 2021, accredited associations of business entities submitted expert opinions, and substantiated letters were given for comments.
