The procedure for opening envelopes with applications received for the conducted tender for granting the right of temporary gratuitous land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production.

In accordance with the agenda, the secretary of the commission announced the applications received by the land commission and conducted the procedure of opening envelopes, where there are only 34 envelopes, including: from farms - 25, from individual citizens – 8 and from individual entrepreneurs -1 envelope.

According to the results of opening envelopes with applications for a tender for granting the right of temporary gratuitous land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production, the land commission makes the following decision:

The Land Commission shall examine all applications for their compliance, completeness, the presence of errors in calculations, all signatures on documents, as well as verify the correctness of the general design and send them for examination to determine the winners in accordance with the submitted applications for the tender for granting the right of temporary impossible land use (lease) for farming or agricultural production in accordance with the annex to protocol No. 1 of the land Commission dated November 01, 2021..
The Land Commission to conduct work on the study of all applications for their compliance, completeness, the presence of errors in calculations, all signatures on documents, as well as checking the correctness of the overall design, evaluation, comparison of applications, determining the winner of the competition by assigning points according to the business plan, including the projected volume of investments specified in the tender offer.

Examination of the applications received for the competition for their compliance, completeness, the presence of errors in calculations, all signatures on documents, as well as determining the correctness of the design as a whole.
Determination of the winners of the competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production in accordance with the submitted applications.

In accordance with the agenda, the secretary of the commission announced the applications received by the land commission for opened envelopes, in which a total of 34 envelopes were submitted, including: 10 lots of applications were submitted for 10 plots.

In accordance with the decision of Protocol No. 1 on the procedure for opening coverts to consider applications for 10 lots, 10 plots.

Based on Article 43 - 1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003 No. 442 and the requirements of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2018 No. 518 "rules for organizing and conducting a tender for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production" and Order No. 281 dated August 01, 2019, the following results were summed up:

examine all expert applications by the land commission for their compliance, completeness, the presence of all signatures on the documents, as well as generally recognize the correctness of the design.
to approve the winners based on the results of the competition during the review, examination of the business plans specified in the tender offer, according to the annexes and the table below:
