"On approval of the rules for the implementation of price stabilization mechanisms
for socially significant food products "
Akimat of Aktobe region DECIDES:
1. To amend the resolution of the Akimat of Aktobe region dated October 21, 2019 No. 440 "On approval of the rules for the implementation of mechanisms for stabilizing prices for socially significant food products" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 6431) the following change:
The rules for the implementation of mechanisms for stabilizing prices for socially significant food products, approved by the specified resolution, shall be set forth in a new edition in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The state institution "Agriculture Administration of the Aktobe region" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Aktobe region after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the Aktobe region.
4. This resolution comes into force from the day of its first official publication.
