to the draft "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat
Aktobe region dated October 21, 2019 No. 440 "On approval of the rules for the implementation of mechanisms to stabilize prices for socially significant food products"
The state body that submitted the regulatory legal act is the Akimat of the Aktobe region.
The rationale for the need to adopt a regulatory legal act is Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 29, 2019 No. 280 "On approval of the Model Rules for the Implementation of Stabilization Mechanisms prices for socially significant food products ”, registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 19123.
This regulatory legal act does not provide for an increase in expenditures or a decrease in receipts of the republican or local budgets.
This regulatory legal act is posted on the website auyl.aktobe.gov.kz. Published in the newspapers "Aktube" and "Aktobe Vestnik" dated April 25, 2020 No. 45.
In accordance with the protocol of the expert council on entrepreneurship under the Akimat of Aktobe region No. 26 dated May 19 of this year, accredited associations of business entities submitted export reports without comments.
The conclusion of the Public Council of the Aktobe region of April 30, 2020 No. 01-2-541 was presented
The draft regulatory legal act was posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts on May 28, 2019. The public review deadline ended on June 11, 2020. The online discussion ended on October 8, 2021. The number of viewing reports is 30 units, there is no comment.
